Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time is additional and depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more after discounts, before tax. Shipping rates for orders below $50 are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind? You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.

Opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If there is a quality issue, please contact us so we can help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly through our Contact page with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
